About the event
Join us for an eight course dinner and wine pairing at Honey & Stem Farm in Fryeburg, Maine. Wine pairing provided by J Decor. Meal co-curated by Hannah Guilford of Honey & Stem Farm, and Carissa Brady of Whisked Away Retreats. Ingredients provided by Honey & Stem, and other local farms. Dishes will include meat and dairy. Example menu below, subject to change based on availability.
- Nibble Board: Roasted bone marrow butter with chives, farmouse garden whip, assorted summer pickles, locally sourced cured meats, sesame fennel nibble snacks, and salt & rosemary crackers.
- Farm Fresh Beet Dyed Deviled Eggs: topped with fresh herbs, and whipped with farm raised bacon.
- Golden Tomato Soup: Roasted corn, fresh herbs & peaches, local yoghurt
- Sourdough Focaccia with last seasons shallots, herbs, and edible florals
- Garden Salad: Tossed with herbs and todays fresh garden vegetables, peppered chive blossom & honey viniagrette
- Lemon Basil Sorbet
- Grilled Lamb: Summer squash and zucchini roll ups with creamy goat cheese, foraged mushrooms
- Chamomile Infused Custard Tart with herb du provence crust, fresh whip, poached peaches
- Camomile & Mint Tea with local honey
