How does the process work?
We raise your sheep on a grass fed diet here on the farm.
A few weeks before processing we will remind you to fill out a cut sheet so that you can customize your cuts. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions - we love talking about all things farming!!We transport your sheep to a local butcher to be processed into USDA cuts.
Once your cuts are ready – typically 2 weeks after butcher date - we will pick up your meat and ensure your order is accurate.
We email/call you to come pick up your cuts at the farm.
