About the event
Unwind outdoors with Yoga on the Farm, an evening class led by Renee Innes of Sacred Circle Wellness. Set right in the garden at Honey & Stem Farm, this gentle, welcoming practice is about breathing deep, moving mindfully, and connecting with community — all are welcome, no experience needed.
When: Every other Friday, 4:30 PM, starting July 24 through summer into the fall
Where: Honey & Stem Farm, 1873 Main Street, Fryeburg, Maine
Class cost: $20 per person

Stay after class
Optional potluck dinner — bring a dish to share and enjoy good food and conversation in the garden after class. Tables available.
Optional wood-fir
ed sauna — relax and unwind for $35 per person. Reserve when you register.
Kid-friendly and community-focused — optional childcare is provided so you can fully relax and recharge.
